Trail & Ultra Running Coach in BC, Canada
Jeremy Rolle (aka Coach Jer) is a trail running & ultramarathon training coach, elite ultra runner and race director based in BC. Jer has been coaching athletes across Canada and the US for the past 5 years and has work with runners from first-time trail runners to athletes tackling 250 miles ultras.
He is helping athletes build the consistency, confidence and skills to show up ready on race day. His coaching is built around the reality of your life, your terrain and what it actually takes to go long in the mountains.
Why choose Coach Jer?
I love sharing the why behind training, not just the what. Every athlete deserves to understand the science behind their programming and to learn more about themselves through the process.
My mission as a trail and ultra running coach is simple: help every athlete I work with believe they're capable of thinking crazy and that we will get there without injuries! I know that every runner is different, have different life commitment (work, family, etc) and we will work around that to make sure your training is adapted to YOU!
As an athlete myself, racing is where it all comes together. Race day is the chance to celebrate the work you've put in and push alongside the community around you. Over the years I've traveled to race and coach, pace, crew, and cheer at major ultra events across North America and Europe. Being from France also gave me great knowledge to a lot of European races and I will do all the research possible to know your race more than you do.
Yes, I’m the type of guy who will watch every youtube video I can to know the terrain as much as possible to make sure my athletes are ready for it.
I have spent the past 10 years racing trail and ultra races around the globe:
