Frequently Asked Questions

The Coaches

Jeremy Rolle

Ultra Running Coach

Jeremy Rolle (aka Coach Jer) is a trail running coach, elite ultra runner, and race director based in British Columbia.  Coach Jer works with runners across the full spectrum, from first-time trail runners to athletes tackling 200K+ mountain ultras, helping them build the consistency, confidence, and skills to actually show up on race day ready. His coaching isn't built around perfect training blocks. It's built around the reality of your life, your terrain, and what it actually takes to go long in the mountains.

He also directs Heads or Trails Events, which means he's not just coaching runners to toe the line - he's the one building the line they're toeing.

Sports Dietitian

Carol-Ann Rolle

Carol-Ann Rolle is a Team Canada runner, Salomon ambassador, and Registered Sports Dietitian - better known as The Endurance Dietitian.

She works with runners who are tired of guessing - under-fueling your long runs, hitting the wall you trained too hard to hit, cobbling together a race day plan from social media threads, and never knowing whether you're eating enough or too much You leave with a fueling strategy that actually fits your body, your training, and your goals - and the confidence to execute it when things get hard.

She's not just a dietitian who works with athletes. She is one. Competing at the elite level shapes how she coaches: real-world fueling for real training loads, personalized to your goals, your gut, and your life.

When you fuel right, race day finally feels in your control.
